Hi i hav a sparkle Nvidia 5200 128mb graphics card and have a drivers probleCrym.

Whatever drivers i install for my graphics card i.e. latest drivers,older drivers (they are the right ones) or drivers of lower spec cards my display seems to dismantle. My display and screen will look crisp and will load up faster than usual with the drivers installed. But after about 4 or 5 times after restarting my pc or turning it off my display seems to go down to 4 bit and the screen size automatically changes to 800x600 when the original settings are at 32 bit and 1280x1024. I can only fix this problem if i uninstall the drivers and then the display is OK apart from the fact that i cannot change any of the advanced display properties e.g. screen refresh rate. Also i cannot play some games as they require a fully working graphics card. Also it does restrict me to watching my movies in good quality. There is no problem with the monitor because i have installed/uninstalled the drivers and still i have the same problem with each monitor. This is a very weird problem and i think it could be down to faulty graphics card or the heat of the case or system. The Case temp is about 52 and SYS temp is about 40 but this doest seem to high. Thanx for any help anybody gives me. P.S. i will now be getting a Nvidia 64 mb geforce 4 card as im getting it for free. You think that will display my movies in good quality?(these movies are dvd quality movies or actual dvd's. Thanx
